It’s easy to absorb western life in Colorado. Since I live almost smack in the middle of the state, I have a grand view of all things country. Agriculture surrounds me in the form of farms and county owned open-space leased to farmers. The foothills of the mountains are minutes west of me, and an entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, within an hour. One moment, I can stand in purple mountain’s majesty, then two hours later, behold nothing but golden waves of grain.

Speaking of writing, I'm currently on the third book of my series, The Circle D Ranch. A fun series filled with characters reflecting my passion for all things country, the Circle D offers glimpses of the dangers a bullrider faces, the decisions one cowboy must make to protect his ranch, and what happens to a country boy who thinks he belongs in the city. Strong, yet vulnerable men who meet their matches in the most unlikely, but loveable women. Wait until you see what God has in mind for all of them!
